Signing the tenancy agreement
Once you have accepted the housing offer and the requested appendices have been approved, it is time to sign the tenancy agreement. This is done electronically.
To sign the tenancy agreement electronically, you will have to authenticate strongly by using your online banking credentials or Mobile ID.
First, carefully read through the tenancy agreement. After that, click the "sign document" button, and you will be able to sign your agreement. You can also reject it, if you do not wish to sign the agreement.
If you are renting the apartment with a spouse/partner or another equal tenant included in the housing application, they must also sign the agreement by authenticating with online banking credentials or Mobile ID.
After signing the agreement, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, followed by a detailed tenant information package. This package includes comprehensive instructions for your move, so we urge you to read it thoroughly.
