Division of responsibilities
The responsibility table shows the main tasks related to the maintenance of your home. The table shows whether the task is to be carried out by the maintenance company, Espoon Asunnot or the resident. You can also check whether the repair costs are to be paid by the resident or Espoon Asunnot.
The responsibility table shows who is responsible for various maintenance and repair work in the home and the building. For example, Espoon Asunnot is responsible for repairing the cooker and fridge, while the resident is responsible for cleaning the sink water traps and floor drains. Please note that even though Espoon Asunnot takes care of repairs due to normal wear and tear, the resident is liable for damage caused deliberately or by negligence.
