We offer a good place to live
No security deposit needed
We feel that a security deposit should never be an obstacle to finding a new home. For this reason, all our apartments are rented without a security deposit, which means that our security deposit is 0 euros.
We welcome pets
It goes without saying that pets are part of your family and welcome to your new home.
Free broadband
The rent includes a free 50 Mbps internet connection.
Laundry room and sauna
The laundry room is available for use in the daytime and can be used free of charge. An exception is Nuottaniementie 7, where the laundry room is open 24/7. The fee for weekly sauna booking is also highly affordable, only €15 per month.
NB: There are no shared saunas nor laundry rooms in all our buildings.
Environmentally friendly living
- Our apartments are heated using emission-free Fortum Eko district heating.
- The electricity we use in our buildings is carbon-neutral.
- The temperature in our rental homes is controlled by artificial intelligence. Fortum’s SmartLiving heating system enables our homes to be heated in a timely and appropriate manner.
- We are committed to the voluntary Energy Efficiency Agreement for Property Sector.
- In 2023, we joined the City of Espoo's climate commitment to work towards a carbon-neutral city by 2030.
