Looking for a new or renovated rental apartment in Espoo? On this page, you’ll find basic information about Espoon Asunnot’s rental properties that are under construction or undergoing renovation, including their estimated completion dates and the start of application periods. We update this information regularly.
When does the application period start?
The application period usually starts about three months before the building is completed. However, this may vary slightly – some projects may be finished earlier or later than planned.
We announce the start of the application period on our website and social media channels.
Before the application period begins, we publish the property brochure, floor plans, and rent details. Please note that these materials are available only in Finnish.
How to apply for an apartment in a new building
Fill out the housing application carefully. You can change the language of the application form from the bottom right corner of the application page.
Follow these steps:
- First, select the area where the new building is located.
- Specify your preferences, such as apartment size and rent range.
- Click “Show apartments” and add the ones you’re interested in to your application.
- Include all people who will be moving in.
If you already have an active application, you can add apartments from the new building by editing your existing application.

Viilivati 15
Completed in August 2025, Viilivati 15 offers new homes in the developing Kera area, with excellent transport connections. A few two- and three-room apartments are still available (the link takes you to Oikotie.fi, which is available only in Finnish).

Finnoonkallio 2 will be completed in February 2026. The property is located in Finnoo, close to services and excellent transport connections. The two apartment buildings will contain a total of 114 rental apartments, and the application period is now open. Please fill out the housing application carefully. It helps us offer you the most suitable apartment.
