Registering as a user is simple once you review the instructions for using the online service. These instructions also offer solutions to common issues.
For the applicant
Logging into the applicant's online service requires that you have a valid housing application. After that, you can log into the service and update your housing application details or extend its validity whenever it suits you best! You can also withdraw your application in the same service if applying for a housing is no longer relevant. All changes take effect immediately.
For the resident
The resident's online service EAsy is still being finalized for a moment, but it already offers the opportunity to take care of many housing-related matters, when it suits you best! In EAsy, you can submit a fault report and follow its progress, update your contact details and add your bank account number, read resident notices, and terminate your lease agreement, for example.
