Kaitaa

The seafront district of Kaitaa is located in southern Espoo south of the Länsiväylä highway. Kaitaa is a rapidly developing area, which will be strongly increasing its housing stock in the coming years. That said, nature is still easily accessible, as the sea and the Hannusjärvi recreational area are moments away. All the necessary services, including schools, day care centres and shops, are available locally.     

From Kaitaa, it is easy to access any other location in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area by bus. The West Metro extension is set to extend to Kaitaa, which will make travel even easier and shorten travel times.
