Kilo

Over the years, Kilo has developed into an urban district, but some old neighbourhoods of detached houses still persist. The growth has stemmed from the excellent location by the railway line, so local trains provide easy access to other locations in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

The area features schools, day care centres, a health station and the Kilo stable. The local services are extensive but more shopping opportunities are also available close by, as the Sello shopping centre in Leppävaara is only one train stop away.
