How to apply for housing

Applying for rental housing with us is different from providers who do not offer ARA rental housing constructed with state support. Please read the below pages carefully before completing and submitting your application. If you cannot find an answer to your questions here, you can always contact our customer service.

Maximum income limits for tenant selection in ARA rental apartments

We apply income limits in the resident selection to ARA rental apartments starting at the begining of 2025. The income limits apply to both new applicants and tenants seeking to change apartments. The income limits are used to make sure that apartments are offered to those who need them the most.
