Airbnb activity and other unauthorized assignment of the apartment are not allowed
Our apartments may not be used for Airbnb-type accommodation. You may not assign your apartment to someone else without permission. Unauthorized assignment breaks the rental agreement and may lead to termination of the contract.
All our apartments are meant for permanent living by the tenant and the people who belong to their household. The apartment may not be assigned to outsiders, either temporarily or permanently, without agreeing on this with us in advance.
If we suspect unauthorized assignment of the apartment, we will always investigate the matter. We will hear the tenant’s explanation and, if needed, check how the apartment is being used. Each case is assessed individually.
In some situations, temporarily assigning your home to someone else may be possible. For example, this can apply if you live in another city for a fixed period because of studies or work. However, you must always inform us in advance.
What to do if you suspect unauthorized activity
Unauthorized assignment of an apartment weakens housing peace and safety.

Do not try to investigate the matter yourself and do not contact the people staying in the apartment.
We handle all reports confidentially and will take necessary action if needed.
