Maintenance company of the properties in Leppävaara/Lintuvaara and Tapiola to change on 1 July
Espoon Asunnot invited bids for the property maintenance of the Leppävaara/Lintuvaara property maintenance area and Tapiola property maintenance area.
The new maintenance company of the Leppävaara/Lintuvaara property maintenance area will be Kotikatu Oy from 1 July 2021 and the new maintenance company of the Tapiola property maintenance area will be Matinkylän Huolto Oy from 1 July 2021.
The maintenance contract includes property maintenance, cleaning of the outdoor areas, snow clearance and key management.
Leppävaara/Lintuvaara property maintenance area
The new maintenance company of the Leppävaara/Lintuvaara property maintenance area will be Kotikatu Oy from 1 July 2021.
