Parking control on our properties to be enhanced from March 1st

Aimo Park is responsible for parking control on our properties. They monitor parking areas, courtyards, and emergency access roads. Starting from March 1st, Aimo Park will also control parking in unrented parking spaces.

Important parking rules

  • Parking is only allowed in marked parking spaces for those who have rented a parking space.
  • No parking is allowed in unrented parking spaces.
  • Parking outside designated parking areas, such as on driveways or emergency access roads, is strictly forbidden.
  • Guest parking spaces are only intended for short-term use by residents’ guests.

The specific parking rules for each area are shown on signs in the parking areas. Please note that incorrect parking may result in a parking fine.

Control request and appeal to Aimo Park

You can submit a control request to Aimo Park (www.aimopark.fi/en/customer-support/valvontapyynto/) if you notice incorrect parking on a property. 

If you are dissatisfied with a control fee you have received, you can submit a written appeal to Aimo Park at www.aimopark.fi/en/customer-support/control-fee/appeal/ or by post to Aimo Park Finland Oy, P.O. Box 542, 00101 Helsinki.
