Does using EAsy feel difficult? Join a user guidance session on 26 March
EAsy is an important part of our services, but we know that not everyone has found it easy to use. Especially logging in, registering, and resetting a password have raised many questions.
If using EAsy feels difficult, join the guidance session and make sure that using the service will be smooth and easy in the future. The first session will be held on Teams on 26 March 2026 at 18:00. The session will be held in Finnish.
What will be covered in the guidance session?
During the one-hour session, you will get to know EAsy in a practical way with guidance from our expert. About half of the time is reserved for questions, so you are welcome to join even if you only have one specific problem.
In the session, you will get answers to questions such as:
- What is EAsy? What information can you find there, and what matters can you handle in the service?
- Who can access EAsy, and how are user rights determined?
- How do you register and log in?
- What should you do if you forget your password?
- How do you update your contact details?
- How do the EAsy and website bots work, and where can you find the Q&A page for digital services?
No separate registration is required. You can join directly via the event link or copy the participation link to your calendar.

If the March session does not suit you, we will organize identical guidance sessions also on 19 August 2026 and 1 December 2026.
