Activate the e-invoice and you can win prizes
Now, if ever, is the time to start using easy and environmentally friendly e-invoicing. In 2023, we will give away 15 gift cards worth €50 to our online gift shop. We will hold a draw at the end of April, June, August, October and December among our residents who pay their rent by e-invoice at the time of the draw.
Both the residents who have recently switched to e-invoicing and those who are already using e-invoicing will be eligible for the draws. Please choose e-invoicing only once, as ordering the e-invoice more than once will not increase your chances of winning the draws. We will notify the winners personally.
Easy e-invoice
An e-invoice is easy to use. The invoice will come directly to your online bank with all the correct payment details automatically in place. The invoice will not be forgotten, especially if you choose to have it automatically charged from your account on the due date. All you need to do is to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the due date of the invoice.
If you receive housing allowance and Kela pays the allowance amount directly to Espoon Asunnot, you can adopt rent payment with the e-invoice, but you must edit the amount on the invoice in your online bank to correspond to the amount you pay yourself.
E-invoice activation
You can activate the e-invoice in your own online bank by navigating to the e-invoice section “e-lasku” and searching for “Espoon Asunnot Oy” as the issuer. Once you accept the agreement, you will receive the invoices directly to your online bank. More detailed instructions on the activation of the e-invoice can be found on your bank’s website.
It will take some time to activate the e-invoice. If you have activated the e-invoice before the 15th of the month, your next month’s rent invoice will already be an e-invoice. However, please remember to check that the first e-invoice arrives on time and is charged from your account.
