Have you already used the EAsy booking service?
In the booking service, you can see available parking spaces, available sauna slots, and your own bookings in one view. In the same place, you can make new bookings, join a waiting list, and make changes or cancellations.
To use the service, you must log in to EAsy. You can find parking space and sauna bookings in the Bookings section on the front page.
Reserve or cancel a parking space
Reserving a parking space
A parking space can be reserved by a person who is listed on the apartment rental agreement.
- Select Add new booking.
- Choose Parking space as the service.
- Select a suitable parking space from the list and make the booking.
If a direct booking is not possible, send a booking request. You can follow the progress of your request in the Open requests and waiting lists section.
After the booking is made, the parking space details and booking terms will appear on the Bookings page. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. The confirmation will tell you when you can start using the parking space.
Cancelling a parking space
- Select your parking space booking.
- Submit the cancellation.
- After the cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The notice period for cancelling a parking space is one calendar month. Billing continues until the end of the notice period.
Reserve, change, or cancel a sauna slot
Reserving a sauna slot
A sauna slot lasts one hour. A weekly sauna slot costs 15 euros per month.
- Select Add new booking, then choose Sauna as the service.
- Select a suitable available slot from the calendar. If no suitable slot is available, join the waiting list using the Join queue button.
You will receive an updated rent invoice after the booking has been processed. The sauna slot will start the following month and continue weekly.
Changing a sauna slot
Cancel your current sauna slot and then make a new booking or booking request if no suitable slot is available.
Cancelling a sauna slot
Cancel the sauna slot in the service. You will receive an updated rent invoice after your cancellation has been processed. The slot can still be used until the end of the notice period according to the booking terms.
Do you need help using EAsy?
If using EAsy feels difficult, you can join a user guidance session. During this one-hour Teams session, the main features of the service will be explained in a practical way. An expert will also answer participants’ questions.
Please note that the guidance session will be held in Finnish.
The same session will also be held on 19 August 2026 and 1 December 2026.
