Housing applicant, we introduce a new housing application form on 13 March 2024

In the future, you can edit your housing application or extend its validity whenever it suits you best. This is possible in the applicant's online service channel, which opens on Wednesday, 13 March! At the same time, we are introducing a new housing application form.

Our new housing application will be available from Wednesday, 13 March, onwards. If you have filled out an application between January 12 and March 12, 2024, we ask you to fill out a new housing application by March 31, 2024, to ensure your application for housing continues without interruption. All applications made from March 13, 2024, onwards will be saved in the new system and are valid for three months.

After submitting your housing application, you will receive an email confirmation along with a link to the online service channel. In this portal, you can view and update your application at any time – and the best part is, all changes are effective immediately! Additionally, you have the option to conduct housing-related activities in Finnish, English, or Swedish within our service channel.

Always fill out the housing application carefully and keep it up to date

Due to the large number of applicants, we cannot offer an apartment to everyone. If we offer you an apartment, it will be based on the information and preferences in your application. Therefore, it is important that your application is up to date and it accurately describes your need for an apartment.

Letting us know if you're no longer in need of housing is just as important. Hence,  also terminating your application will be effortless: just log into the online service, accessible anytime and from anywhere.

Making changes to the housing application is not possible from 7 March to 12 March 2024 due to a system change.
