Maintenance company changes at 65 properties at the beginning of June
At the beginning of this year, we put the property maintenance of several of our property maintenance areas out to tender. As a result of this tendering, the maintenance company of 65 of our properties will change, and the new maintenance companies will start their work on 1 June 2022.
These changes focuse in particular in the areas of Espoon keskus and Kauklahti. However, the changes do not apply to all properties in these areas. We will send out notices and text messages regarding the matter to the residents of the properties where the maintenance company changes. The notice is also available on the bulletin boards of these properties.
The maintenance contracts include technical property maintenance, cleaning of the outdoor areas, and key management. In some areas, green maintenance and winter maintenance are carried out by a different contractor.
