Our new service channel opens its doors this spring!

These are impressive numbers! Last year, our customer service team answered over 25,000 calls and handled more than 29,000 emails and forms. Some of these contacts proceeded to property management team, while at the same time, our rent control team responded to nearly 11,000 calls regarding rent payments.

As we enter spring, the expertise and excellent service of these teams will be complemented by our new service channel. Through its virtual doors, you can enter at any stage of living, from applying for an apartment to terminating your lease – and best of all, these doors are open 24/7/365. Our new service channel serves you in Finnish, English, and Swedish.

Is applying for housing relevant for you right now?

If so, you may have already noticed our announcement that we are introducing a new housing application on March 13, 2024. This means that all applications made before March 12, 2024, will have their last valid day on March 31, 2024. When you apply for an apartment on March 13, 2024, or after, your application will automatically be saved in the new system, where it is valid for three (3) months.

Completely new from March 13 onward is that you will receive a confirmation of receipt along with a first-time login link to the applicant's service channel. There, you can check and modify your application and/or extend its validity at any time. Also, ending its validity is quick and easy if applying for an apartment is no longer relevant.

Any changes you make to your application in the applicant's service channel take effect immediately. Therefore, you no longer have to wait for our customer service to process your change requests.

It must be EAsy

The construction of the resident page EAsy is still ongoing for a little while, but the grand opening is in April! Then, behind the login link, you'll find a completely new way to interact with us.

We want EAsy to be, as its name suggests, an easy and effortless place to manage your housing-related matters. There, you can:

  • fill out an electronic condition report when you move into a new apartment,
  • check and update your contact information,
  • explore information about your property,
  • submit a fault report and follow its progress,
  • keep yourself up to date with your property's energy and water consumption,
  • find all resident notices in one place,
  • apply for permission for a DIY renovation,
  • check your lease agreement details,
  • view rent and other payment information and status, and
  • terminate your apartment lease.

Still a little moment to go

Behind everything is a significant system change that affects many of our key operating practices. Therefore, we are preparing it carefully. An important part of the change is testing the new system and training staff to use it. This will also be reflected in the customer phone service's opening hours, which will have some exceptions in the coming weeks.
