Rents for 2025 have been confirmed
Our rents will increase by an average of 4.75% at the beginning of 2025. Individual apartment rents are detailed in the rent invoices we mailed to all residents at the end of week 42.
Why are rents increasing?
The need for rent adjustments stems from several economic factors affecting our cost structure. These include:
- Inflation and the general rise in costs
- High interest rates
- Increased maintenance and repair costs.
The amount of the rent review varies from property to property.
Rent invoices have been sent
You will receive a rent invoice by mail. It will show the monthly rent and other charges for your apartment for 2025.
If you have selected e-invoicing as the payment method, the rent invoice is for information only. The new payment details are automatically updated.
Please remember to pay your rent on time. If your rent payment is delayed beyond the due date agreed in the lease, late interest will begin to accrue. Rent is always due on the 4th of the month.
The fees for parking and sauna slots
In 2025, parking and sauna fees will remain the same. You can find the current fees on your rent invoice.
Activate the e-invoice
E-invoicing is the most convenient way to pay rent. We recommend that you activate it if you haven’t done so already.
