Register as an EAsy user by June 23rd for a chance to win a movie ticket package!
Always with you, always open, and easy to use – have you already explored our online service, EAsy? If not, do it today, or by June 23rd at the latest, to enter a raffle for one of 20 movie ticket packages!
EAsy is an online service for current residents of Espoon Asunnot. It allows you to check your rent payment details and status, submit and track the progress of a fault report, and keep your contact details up to date whenever it suits you best.
If you haven't registered for EAsy yet, do it now.
How to register as a user for EAsy
You can easily find the orange login button for the online service at the top of our website. Click it to go to a page where you need to click the blue button for EAsy, the residents' online service.

Follow these steps if you are using the residents' online service EAsy for the first time:
- Select "Register for the service" (in Finnish: "Rekisteröidy palveluun?"). You will be redirected to use strong authentication with your online banking credentials or Mobile ID. Follow the instructions of the identification service.
- After identification, enter your email address and a password of your choice. The password must have at least six characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
- You will receive an email with a link to activate your username. The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. The link will redirect you to a page where you can confirm your registration by entering your email address and password.
In the future, you can log in using your email address, which serves as your username, and the password you created during registration.
We are giving away 20 movie ticket packages!
If you have already registered or register as an EAsy user by June 23, 2024, you'll be entered into a raffle for one of 20 movie ticket packages. The raffle will take place during week 26, and if you’re one of the lucky winners, you can choose either two premium movie tickets or one premium movie ticket with snacks!
All winners will be notified personally after the raffle.
