- Reports of malfunctions or maintenance requests concerning your apartment or your property's common areas. For example, problems with your refrigerator or oven, pending maintenance tasks, or even a burnt-out lamp in the property's courtyard.
- Pest issues, such as insects or rodents
- Booking or canceling a sauna turn
- Changing your name on your apartment door
- Water damage or the risk of it, like a leaking faucet (In cases of water damage, call maintenance immediately!)
