Candidates for the preliminary election of resident members of the board
Two resident members of the Board of Directors of Espoon Asunnot are elected every four years. In the preliminary election to be held in February 2025, six candidates will be selected from candidates nominated by the tenants. From these six candidates the city of Espoo will choose new resident members for the next four-year term later in the spring.
The selection of the resident members of the board began in the residents’ meetings held in the fall 2024. In the meetings the residents nominated candidates for the preliminary election that will take place in February 2025.
The candidates in the election are those individuals chosen by residents' meetings who submitted their consent to Espoon Asunnot by the deadline.
The chairpersons of the resident committees or representatives of the property’s residents will vote in the preliminary election to select six candidates. From these six, the city of Espoo will choose two resident members for the board in the spring of 2025. The official appointment of the board members will take place at the general meeting of Espoon Asunnot .
The preliminary election for resident board members does not apply to our non-subsidised properties.
